Contract & Payment
Sign the rental agreement and submit your deposit to secure your booking.

Rental Rates:
- Meeting Room A (25 people)$50/hour
- Meeting Room B (50 people)$75/hour
- Community Room (100 people)$100/hour
- Main Gymnasium (200 people)$150/hour
- Outdoor Space (150 people)$75/hour
- Full Center (300 people)$300/hour
Additional Fees:
- • Security deposit: $100-$500 (refundable)
- • Setup/cleanup fee: $50-$150 (if needed)
- • After-hours access: $25/hour
- • Non-profit discount: 25% off rental rates
Booking Requirements:
- • Minimum 14 days advance booking
- • 50% deposit required to secure date
- • Certificate of insurance required
- • Full payment due 7 days before event
Cancellation Policy:
- • 30+ days: Full refund minus $25 fee
- • 14-29 days: 75% refund
- • 7-13 days: 50% refund
- • Less than 7 days: No refund
Facility Rules:
- • No smoking anywhere on premises
- • Alcohol requires special permit
- • Music must end by 10 PM
- • Cleanup required after event
